DES have recently completed works at University of Greenwich, Dreadnought Building in conjunction with Willmott Dixon Construction.
The Dreadnought Building provides a central hub for students on the Greenwich campus. The newly refurbished building brings everything students need into one place, which include:
- Flexible, multi-purpose teaching spaces;
- Open access IT labs and social learning spaces;
- A home for the students’ union and Student and Academic Services;
- Radio Station and media suite;
- Lower deck bar; and
- Gym
We used our expansive education experience and knowledge to work early stages with the client to deliver the building to specification from Stage 4.
