DES completed work at 79 New Cavendish Street. The modernised block provides new commercial office space.
Occupying a prominent corner plot and situated to the North of Regent Street, this existing building was converted into high end commercial office space.
DES also fully designed the lightening in certain areas of the building and worked to client’s requirements. We offered a vast range of knowledge and experience too. This contributed to a cost saving for the client.
