Brentwood SEN School
Brentwood is a community special educational needs (SEN) school for pupils aged 11 to 19 situated near Altrincham. The school provides specialist education for pupils with severe learning difficulties, profound and multiple learning difficulties and autistic spectrum disorder.
DES were involved early on in the process, being heavily influential to the planning, assessing buildability, cost estimating and value engineering. By being involved early stages of this project we developed a strong ethos, therefore producing the most cost-efficient project.
