DES have newly completed works at Canterbury Mills School working in conjunction with Willmott Dixon Construction.
DES installed the electrical installations within the new three storey building and external works with a linked dining hall for the provision of an open plan 2FE school for 420 pupils. The school consists of a teaching block with a roof terrace hard play area and plant room, 14 classrooms and 1 practical room administration offices and associated ancillary spaces.
The school is unique to the client due to their criteria to have special break out areas for children. The school also promotes a new way of learning for the children so they can interact together.
