Project Overview
The North East Surrey College of Technology (NESCOT), set in the countryside of Surrey is undergoing a £30m investment into the campus. The work, carried out across two phases was completed early 2016 – ahead of schedule.
The new facilities will include a catering outlet, construction workshops and classrooms and a hairdressing salon. As well as new facilities, there has been and will be building refurbishments in the following departments; the animal care unit, business, computing, hair and beauty, media and music, osteopathy and preparation for Life and Work.
Whilst working on site John Waterman (Chief Operating Officer of Willmott Dixon) visited NESCOT and was astounded by the quality of work that had been carried out. John commented NESCOT as ‘the best quality he has seen in 20 years in the industry’.
